Interfaces effectively with all levels of the organization; responds to requests from end users, managers, and team members to define and improve business processes.

Published and maintained maps that represented information related to unserved and underserved homes based on state or county data provided for the broadband subsidy fund project. Created and queried schema tables in Dbeaver using the SQL editor and executing full scripts and single queries like SELECT, INSERT, DROP etc. Reviewed geospatial data sources, maintained database, and performed geospatial analysis using ESRI tools, including ArcPro and Experience Builder. Created maps, applications, and dashboards which highlighted essential information based on the needs of the subsidy team. Provided recommendations to solve different issues and concerns. Also assisted with maintenance and installation of software packages, portal refresh and server maintenance.

Coordinated the routing and tracking of plans and kept a line of communication with government officials for approval on design packages. Provided weekly reports to the GIS manager and assisted in communication with the client. I also provided weekly reports to the GIS manager and was involved in weekly meetings with our client.
